Prosecco Cookies are really easy and quick to make with just a few ingredients, yet they let you bring to the table an original dessert, different from the usual, that everyone will love. To make these cookies with Prosecco, in fact, you only need the classic ingredients for cookies, plus a splash of Prosecco, the Italian sparkling white wine, and nothing more.

Perfect at any time, these white wine cookies are especially suited to special occasions: they’re great as Valentine’s Day cookies, as Christmas cookies or for the New Year’s Eve toast, and these cookies will leave everyone speechless. Of course, they should be served with a glass of Prosecco or white wine, to make everything even more indulgent.
