Soft and fragrant, this Soft Mandarin Ciambellone will be the star of your winter. It is easy to make with one of the signature fruits of the season, and its method recalls our Peach Cake. You can leave the peel on the mandarins for an even bolder flavor, but only if you bought organic ones.

To make this Mandarin Cake you need the classic baking ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs and milk. For the fat we use vegetable oil, which makes this a lighter ciambellone without butter.

Among our other ciambellone recipes, we suggest trying the Walnut Ring Cake, the Classic Ciambellone, Grandma’s Recipe or our amazing Breakfast Ring Cake.
