This step is very important: don’t leave any gaps. Now pour some of the cream inside, filling at least half of the available space. Add a layer of ladyfingers, again lightly dipped in milk, and now make the chocolate cream.Drizzle the chocolate into the whipped cream and condensed milk mixture, folding from the bottom up so it doesn’t deflate, until you have a soft chocolate mousse.Fill the rest of your zuccotto with the dark chocolate cream and cover everything with a layer of ladyfingers. Now place the zuccotto in the fridge and let it rest for at least 5 hours before serving.Once the resting time is up and the zuccotto has set firmly, take it out of the fridge and, if you like, dust it with unsweetened cocoa powder or garnish it with a few berries.
