  1. To prepare Creamy Gnocchi with Cherry Tomatoes first wash the cherry tomatoes well and divide them, with the’help of a well-sharpened knife, into quarters.

  2. Put a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic in a frying pan, brown well and then add the chopped cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, stir well and deglaze over a high flame with a little dry white wine.

  3. Let it cook for a few moments and when the alcohol part has evaporated, lower the flame add a few chopped basil leaves (it will help to release the aroma and flavor of basil), stir well and add robiola cheese.
