If you want to avoid the annoying effect of chocolate pooling on the parchment paper and flattening one side of the Chocolate-Covered Banana, you can hang the treats upside down, using clothespins to hold the ice-pop sticks in place and putting a sheet of parchment paper underneath to catch the excess chocolate. Once the chocolate has set, you can move the covered bananas to the fridge.StorageChocolate-Covered Bananas keep in the fridge, in an airtight container, for up to 2 days after making them.Comments ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ × 4 / 5 You need to enable JavaScript to vote Cancel reply Leave a comment
