The Airmail Cocktail is a fresh, uniquely flavored Cocktail that is well suited not only as an aperitif cocktail but as a cocktail during evenings with friends or for special parties.

The Airmail Cocktail made its appearance in Cuba in the 1930s′ at the height of American Prohibitionism as a symbol of the rebellion against the ban on selling and consuming alcohol that was circumvented with dedicated flights that transported U.S. citizens to the island of Cuba. The Recipe of the Airmail Cocktail was first published in 1941 in a book dedicated to the most iconic cocktails of the day, and W.C. Whitfield, the’author, affirmed “It will make you fly high”.

A cocktail perfect for a thousand occasions and beloved in many U.S. states as a New Year’s Eve Cocktail, a cocktail to make you fly high and start the New Year off right. The meeting of Honey, Rum and Champagne with a touch of lime provides this cocktail with an unmistakable taste that you are sure to enjoy.
